Went to order food and asked if they could drop fresh fries and was yelled at that the fries are dropped every 2 hours! Seriously is it too much to expect the fries to be hot and fresh considering...

No one answers the phone. No VM options. The lobby is closed and it's 7pm. The line in the drive through was so long as well.
