The property is located in Everett, not Marysville, WA. The room smelled like cigarettes, even though they claim it was a non-smoking room. Hard bed with no blankets and the room was very rough...

The room was clean, the lady at the front desk was so nice the breakfast was nice. We ended up only staying one of the 2 nights and they refunded us without any issues
