I will never go to this bank again! The Clark was rude to us! We have been doing business with BofA for 40 years! Have never been treated so poorly!

Regarding the Poulsbo branch, they never answer the phone. Ever. This is very inconvenient when you're stuck at home and need to talk to a human about an account issue.

Be open on Saturday when you need them and it would help everyone out .... If to do banking....you have to go to sliverdale to that and that bank is open only for 4 hours and it's takes a half...

The bank does not answer the phone!!! Ever!! I have tried for a half hour to get an answer as to why I am getting charged a savings account maintenance charge???
