Specialties Ba Bar is the place for authentic Vietnamese cuisine in Seattle. We use the highest quality ingredients to create the best Pho in town. We also have one of the top selections of high end spirits on Capitol Hill and we make a great Moscow Mule to boot. Bonus - we serve food until 1:30am on weeknights and 3:30am on weekends. History Established in 2011. Sophie and Eric Banh grew up together eating street food in Saigon, and that was really the inspiration for Ba Bar. When they first opened Monsoon Seattle in 1999, they drew much of their inspiration from the very same "street food" we are serving. With Ba Bar we're just a little closer to the street. Friendly and fast service. Crispy spring rolls were perfect along with the Pho Hanoi. They allowed for modifications so I had the chilies on the side to make sure I can control the spice level....
