Auntie Anne's is the best. One of the main reasons I will go to the valley mall. I wish they had more locations but this is the only one left in the Spokane area, sadly.

They are slow and lie about when mobile orders are ready. No real management, none of the employees seem to know how to manage their time properly.

Great Pretzels, but they never answer the phone. They say they'll deliver to mall employees but how would they if they never answer?!
