Volume is excruciatingly loud. Saw movie yesterday afternoon and ear still aches. Not sure why they do this but we'll never go there again.

If you can get over the sadly seedy location ( ehem hordes of those whom earn their livings walking the street in stilettos and fishnet stockings)... Oak Tree has quietly become the movies lovers...
