Yet to see the store open. Spoke with the owner of the book store and she informed us she hadn't seen it open in 3 years. Called and left a message but never received a call back.

This "store" is never open. Ever. Clearly the owner is not a motivated seller, or a welcoming storekeeper. Sad. Maybe wait for his inevitable future estate sale?
