I didn't have to wait at all during lunch on a weekday! Staff was quick, got the job done, and was friendly. They offered me the "extra" stuff for my car but didn't pressure me into getting it....

Quick and reasonable prices. I was in and out of the bay in 20 minutes. I would recommend going here and they have a military discount coupon on their website.
