Grayson Rehabilitation and Health Care Center is a place to get better, a place for living. We are a 120-bed skilled nursing center, and a proud member of the Consulate Health Care family. Opened in 1998, we have 8 private rooms, 56 semi-private rooms, and can provide accommodations for couples that become residents of our care center. Grayson also offers features such as a garden and patio, a rehab gym, a beauty/barber shop, pastoral support and transportation services. GlenWood Park Retirement Village offers senior care services and assisted living facilities. Established in 1968, the center offers various programs, including independent living, assisted living and skilled nursing care. Its 50-acre campus offers independent living apartments and townhouses. GlenWood Park Retirement Village provides its residents a variety of facilities, such as single apartments, studios and suites. The center provides three meals and snacks to its residents. It also offers its residents transportation services for visiting physician appointments, shopping and special events. The center offers various residential services, such as daily housekeeping, laundry and health care. GlenWood Park Retirement Village provides Sunday school and weekly chapel services. It also offers full-time physical, occupational and speech therapies.
