The employees were very nice. The store looks very nice. Then didn't take much of my things even the name brand stuff but donated a lot anyway.

You HAVE to wait in the store while your items are priced, but they do offer to donate items not taken for resell which is convenient

First time coming here ... after leaving Rumors .. and not to start a debate but being in Richmond for 9 years this has to be one of the cleanest, highlighted, well put together thrift clothing...

Claim to be open but aren't selling anything false advertising waste of time. Why claim to be open if you aren't selling anything it's dishonest and bad business especially in an area that no one...
