Bill has undertaken extensive education in financial planning and investments, culminating with his achieving the CFP certification in 2012 and then his ChFEBCSM in 2019. Bill is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and has been serving clients' investment, insurance, and financial planning needs since 1995. He focuses on helping high net worth individuals and families with comprehensive investment, insurance and estate planning strategies. Additionally, he has over 20 years' experience in working with civil service and government contract employees to plan for both before and during retirement.

Judy has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry and has been a member of the Towne Family for 15 years. She is a recipient of the Downtown Hampton Development Partnership Vision Keeper award. In the community, she serves as Chair of the Peninsula Towne Center CDA, is a Board Member for the Virginia Air and Space Museum and serves as Treasurer for the Hampton Roads Prostate Health Forum. Throughout her career, Judy has worked closely with all medical professionals, veterinarians, dentists, law firms and non-profit organizations.
