I wish I could go lower. I was offered a price by someone on the phone and decided to pay the application fee because it's where we wanted to go. Then, come to find, they wouldn't honor that price...

First, the Clarendon has a huge roach problem. My neighbors told me that the roaches "just keep coming back and finding their way in". I get that that's how roaches can be, but it shouldn't happen...

Derek and Manuel were able to change the broken mini blind and the flashing light bulb the SAME DAY as I requested the service. What great service at The Clarendon!

Have loved my time living here. The staff is great, especially Shaukat at the front desk. He is the best and is always so helpful, kind, and fun to talk to.
