We were traveling to Richmond and we stopped by this Starbucks location in Mechanicsville. The staff is friendly and we had a great experience here. The restrooms were also clean.

At the Pole Green Starbucks I forgot to say "light" ice so I got, basically, a cup of ice. For what this coffee costs, they could do much better.

This Starbucks has improved so much in the last year. The drinks are good and they're very speedy at the drive-thru and very polite inside.
