The mission of Culpeper Literacy Council is to promote, coordinate and facilitate planning and development of literacy services for adults 18 years of age or older in the Culpeper community. Originally started in January of 1987, Culpeper Literacy Council was established as non-profit in 1989 and has been a successful resource for adult education for 22 years.
