HistoryEstablished in 1981 Franklin & Franklin is counted among Hampton Roads' longest serving firms focusing solely on personal injury cases. Our firm roots began in 1981 when C. Jerry Franklin joined forces with L. B. Chandler of Charlottesville to form Chandler & Franklin. In 1986, the firm expanded throughout the state and becoming Chandler, Franklin & O'Bryan. In 1994, we opened our Gloucester location to better serve our Middle Peninsula clients.
