They never pick up when they are supposed to. Use to pick up 2 times a week went to 1 time, and still charges same amount and doesnt pick up leafs once a week more like once a month.

Takes forever to get someone on the line. Why isn't there a request box for bulk pickup online with the new service. Prefer the original over this new merger.
