"They're not open!" the lone employee at this Shell station yelled at me, as I was on my way to the restroom after spending 30.00 on gas. "Septic issues!" He shouted, by way of an explanation....

Bathrooms closed at 9pm!!! Inexcusable! Luckily we hadn't started the pump yet. You need to hire staff to keep restrooms clean & open!

Why have touch-less pumps if you are not going to activate the system? Time for Shell to hold these operators accountable.
