One of the best meals I ever had was at a street-side shawarma stand in Manama, Bahrain. Shawarma House was the closest thing to that Bahraini roadside shawarma I been able to find in Virginia....

Great food, everything on the menu came with many options which made tailoring the dish to one's own tastes easy. Good staff and environment as well! Nona was super kind and gave good recommendations.

The beef and lamb pita was delicious. The hummus bowl is another hit. Good size portion, we didn't run out of hummus before the pita bread. Service was also great.
