Scottsville Waste Water TRMNT

Scottsville Wastewater Treatment Plant is a facility-owned and operated by the Rivanna Water and Sewer Authority, which is an independent public agency that provides treatment, storage and transmission services for potable water. The Authority is a wholesale agency with two customers, including the Charlottesville Water and Sewer Division and the Albemarle County Service Authority. Rivanna Water and Sewer Authority s agencies provide services to individual retail customers. The authority offers online water conservation tips. The Rivanna Water and Sewer Authority is a partner in local Rivanna River monitoring program that assesses Rivanna basin streams and rivers to help maintain and restore healthy waterways.
