They are not responsive and does not call back when called and the good stylists are always unavailable for any appointment for the same week.

Had a really good experience here with Kristin. She knows her stuff and will be on the same page with you about the style you want. Service was quality as well and Kristin was very accommodating...

My son loves Roosters! He sees Alani and has never been disappointed! Alani is great with talking with him about how he wants his hair to look...keep it long? Shorten it, etc.
