Ordinarily, I love Potbelly! I ordered on DoorDash. It was a turkey sub with provolone but was more lettuce and mayo than anything else. Very disappointed. And I didn't get my chips.

Easy to order on the app. Similar to my usual potbelly experiences. Ample parking in the lot and a convenient location. Smelled delish as usual when walking in to pick up my order.
