Pretty rude when you can't even answer the phone 2 minutes before closing for a simple question. So much for customer service. Clearly you're still inside, I'm literally calling from the parking...

Been a customer for a while. Not all Pet Smart places are the same. Hopefully this store has better people to people skills soon.
