Stopped by Paul's to grab my favorite cookie croissant, it never disappoints! Flaky, buttery, gooey, and sweet. Always a 10/10. (This establishment is cashless, cards only)

I used to go to this place just for the croissants. Same as the one you will get in Paul in Paris but now they are horrible. Definetely something change.

Once a reliable spot, the food here has slipped into mediocrity. The breakfast sandwiches remain solid, but the beverages disappoint -- both coffee and chai lattes fall short of expectations.

A decent place to sit down for some coffee. They do not have many choices of pastries, but most things I've tried were pretty good. Nothing crazy about them tho.
