This place isn't what it was when it first opened... the food isn't as fresh as it once was.. I came In at 1130am on a Wed. & all of the noodles were dried out. The organelles chicken was dried...

The noodles are dry and pasty, with no taste. You don't get enough food for how much they charge. I will never go to panda express again.
