I thought i'd put in a word for Oceans 2700 hotel on Pacific Ave. The location cant be beat, and i'll say that shows in their holiday pricing, though it is at the reasonable end of hotels this...

if I could rate it at -5, I would. Just stayed at this horrible place they call a hotel is more like a Motel. It stunk of mold / mildew by the fridge . looks like someone has tried to put bandaids...
