My husband bought me a pair of very pretty, crystal blue earrings from Na Hoku. However, I noticed immediately that the backs were extremely poor - too narrow for the post and kept popping off....

The staff is helpful and the items unique and beautiful, but buyer beware in terms of quality. I have now purchased two items (both cuff links) from Na Hoku and both broke within the first year....
