Tech was prompt and great...thermostat codes were not corrected and still on emergency heat. Stated coil replacement on a 6yr old unit without any explanation as to why.

This company is pretty good. I've used them before. It really comes down to the tech they send out. They are all knowledgeable but some lean more toward salespeople than repairmen. I get it....
