Man of War Boxing and Fitness Academy is a unisex boxing school that teaches boxing. No MMA. Founder and Head Coach, Rob Brice is a former amateur level boxer, Certified coach under The Boxing Fitness Academy through Pro boxer Tony Jeffries, and a US Center for Safesport and USA Boxing certified coach. Ex: 15:3. We believe that discipline breeds discipline and we look to not only teach boxing but, to also teach self confidence, will power and faith to overcome any obstacles we face in or out of the ring.
