Worst "customer service" ever. Everyone I spoke to, top to bottom, acted like doing their job was the biggest burden they've ever faced. These people do not need to be in retail in any fashion....

I bought a Midea washer and dryer from Lowes of Wise County in March of this year. The dryer will not dry clothes unless you dry them at least three times and now the washer has started throwing...
