The staff was incredibly rude and literally saw one of them vaping next to the ball pit. Extremely unprofessional and the bathrooms were filthy.

We were trying to jump off the launch pad and the little kid working it said that we couldn't go because he didn't want to go over the rules.... kids were running everywhere and there was no staff...
