History

Karl enlisted in the U.S. Navy from 2011 - 2015 and received his Virginia Real Estate License in 2017. Karl earned his Associates degree in Business Management and Leadership from Wave Leadership College, and finished his Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration and Professional Leadership from South Eastern University. Being a resident of Hampton Roads, as well as a military veteran, Karl takes pride in helping past, and present, clients move into the area or out of the area. The many cities of Hampton Roads (Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Suffolk, etc.) offer many different options to choose from, and although it can be hard to choose a place that feels right for you, Karl will place your wants and needs at the forefront of the journey.
