Staff is extremely rude over the phone. Very disappointed seeing that I was very kind and respectful. Customer service goes a long way and they definitely need training on how to speak to people.

DO NOT Rent at Jefferson Pointe Apt. If you do not want to have high blood pressure, stay away from this place. This new property manager Christina is the WORST of all the other property managers...

There is like no insulation between floors so you hear every step your upstairs neighbor makes. You'll loose sleep. I have bombed the house for water bugs 8 times and they still keep coming back....
