Just waited for 20 mins to get a customers food and the service was horrible! There was 3 other people in line waiting for 10 mins for drinks they are understaffed

Understaffed by at least 3 people. The workers that are there are doing the best they can but this Hardee's is totally understaffed!! Took too long to get my order. I won't be back.

We were looking for a place to grab a QUICK bite to eat. I was coming from a medical appointment for which I had to fast for blood work so I hadn't eaten in about 15 hours, and was hungry....

Food was good. The service is very very bad!!!! I really don't think they even care! The cashier Amber ignoring everybody in line and just waiting on the drive-through which they had a lady there...
