There is a large difference between a "soft" cookie and one that is bordering on "raw". Soft is nice, raw is not and if you're going to charge $5 for one, I don't think it's too much to ask that...

Zero stars. Not only did you not apply the cream cheese to my bagel, you did not even give me a knife. Don't deserve to be in business if this is the case. Canceling credit card charge.
