Neil is the WORST. Terrible studio when he's the "Lead" or whatever power trip he is on that day. I do not recommend! Save yourself from this location. It is not it!! Especially if you're using...

This gym has no regard for their neighbors who live nearby. They blast their music with their front door propped open. Occasionally they have set up speakers on the sidewalk early on a Sunday...
