The Endependence Center, Incorporated (ECI) is a consumer-controlled, community-based, cross-disability, non-residential, private, non-profit Center for Independent Living (CIL) serving individuals with disabilities in South Hampton Roads. ECI offers a range of independent living services, advocacy, and support to promote integration and inclusion of people with disabilities in society. Committed to assisting individuals in achieving their desired level of independence, ECI works collaboratively to identify barriers, provide resources, and advocate for inclusive communities.
