HistoryI learned body treatments such as body wraps, masks, body brushing, sugar scrubs, hot towel rubs, and caster oil packs, which I still incorporate in my practice today. These different treatments help me aid the body in exfoliation of the skin, detoxification, and absorption of nutrients. In 2003, I received certification as a Raw Food Chef, which I utilized in my life and on various women's health retreats, workshops and seminars. Also, receiving my certification as a Lay Health Promoter through Cross-Over Ministries has equipped me in being an advocate for prosperity through health that is wonderful.SpecialtiesOur warm and relaxed yet refined ambiance is the perfect setting.
