About Dr. WatkinsFrederick H. Watkins, MD, is an experienced and compassionate surgeon specializing in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. At his practice in Rockville, Maryland, and McLean, Virginia, Dr. Watkins is honored to play a role in helping hundreds of men and women look and feel their very best.Education has always played a pivotal role in Dr. Watkins' life. From his undergraduate studies at the University of Virginia College of Arts and Sciences in Charlottesville to his focus on medicine at the University of Virginia School of Medicine, Dr. Watkins enjoys expanding his skills and knowledge on a wide range of subjects.
