History

Discover Health, LLC was founded in 2003 to offer Western Prince William County an environment in which students can get away from the rush and chaos of life, take time to nurture and renew their spirit and let their body and mind be at ease, all while receiving top of the line service and care. We LOVE what we do and look forward to serving you! Our instructors are certified at minimum at the 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) level. We offer a mix of Hatha yoga classes, from which you get a complete workout including strength, tone, relaxation, balance, flexibility, stamina and energy. Those who think that yoga is just about relaxing and stretching may be surprised in traditional style yoga practice to discover muscles you never knew you had both by feeling them get worked and seeing them get defined with long, lean tone.

Specialties

At Discover Health Yoga Studio, we take a holistic health approach to yoga classes, private yoga lessons, and total wellness events that give our customers access to total health and fitness for life. Hatha yoga classes are available for all levels and provide a balanced yoga experience to build strength, stretch, relax, and get centered. We will continue to expand our class offerings for beginner, intermediate, and advanced yoga classes, as well as prenatal, gentle, restorative, and kids yoga classes. On our many beautiful wooded acres, we set the stage for you to get a physical workout while expanding your mind and lifting your spirit. You can let go of stress, be present, and connect with your Source. Special events include Karma Yoga classes for which 100% of donations go to a charity, monthly Holistic Happy Hours to unwind with an hour of yoga followed by drinks and hors d'oeuvres with a different featured wellness guest/activity each month, and destination events like hikes and retreats, both near and far! We aim to be far more than another yoga studio or gym. Our mission is to create a space of freedom where you can grow (mentally, physically, and spiritually) and be part of a joyful, empowering community. We are conveniently located in Gainesville, VA with easy access just 5-10 from all surrounding locales including Bristow, Gainesville, Haymarket, Nokesville, and Warrenton.
