DO NOT! DO NOT hire this crook. Will not provide an accurate estimate, will not explain what needs to be done and what the charge will be, and worse... his work is less than mediocre. Out of 4...

Stay away. He will not complete work after payment is received and won't return calls. He gives very vague quotes and will just keep asking for more money. Do not trust his guy.
