Definitely not the worst it could be. Everything came out fine. It just looked like the restaurant hadn't been kept up with.

Came in at 7:48 with three kiddos who were excited about getting ice cream and was told they were closed because they were "sold out of ice cream" when their sign says they close at 9:30.

Super friendly staff and the ice cream is always great! I've been here a few times and will continue to return.
