I hate this. I am so tired of the trash area, overgrown bushes, not being able to reach management and above all, the mice. They are barely doing anything about this concern and I'm exhausted....

I hate living here, management sucks & always has, maintenance people aren't any better. Occasionally there won't be any hot waters due to "boiler repairs" but these "repairs" have been happening...

In my opinion, Cristal Wood provides good service, good order, especially Mrs. Thelma Daniela Olivar, who tries to resolve any doubts or problems that tenants have in the office.
