My experience at Coldstone was less about the service and more about the workplace. There were 2 teenage workers doing everything there, while the manager/shift lead was sitting back on his phone....

It was so hot in the store that I walked out without ordering. I feel bad for the employees working there. Not sure how they can work in these conditions. The owner needs to get the air...
