Children's Medical Group

Dr. Meeks grew up in Norfolk and always envisioned himself being a pediatrician. He recalls walking the halls of CHKD and EVMS when he was in magnet school. When it came time to pick a place to train, CHKD was his first choice. After his training was complete, he decided to stay and join the team at Pediatric Associates, a practice of the CHKD Medical Group.

Dr. Schindler is from a small community in central Virginia. She grew up in a somewhat large family with three younger brothers and sisters. She is now married and has three young children of her own. Dr. Schindler's love for Hampton Roads began in medical school at EVMS and CHKD in 2001.

Dr. Schank is a board certified attending pediatrician with Pediatric Associates. Since she was 5 years old, she knew she would become a pediatrician. Her passion for helping children has been magnified through extensive volunteer work. When Dr. Schank was old enough, she began volunteering in the pediatric ward in the local hospital where she grew up on Long Island and continued to volunteer in pediatric wards until entry into Medical school. Dr. Schank is involved with anti-bully education, Reach Out and Read, lectured on Health Maintenance and pediatric dermatological disorders, and volunteered at Camp Jordan, a camp for children with Diabetes.
