About Chesapeake Hot Yoga Chesapeake Hot Yoga Studio is a family-friendly and traditionally noncompetitive environment. Our registered instructors are knowledgeable, passionate about yoga and truly desire to help you experience good physical and mental well being. We work with you one step at a time giving you a chance to learn and advance your skills every time you attend. We love to answer all your questions, hear your ideas and concerns, and give you assistance in your practice. All of our registered instructors have seen first hand the amazing changes in the students who attend regularly or infrequently. As a beginner, we encourage you to attend any class and see how the process of learning yoga is designed to work. You are welcome to sit down or lay down anytime you need a break, leave the room and come back or take just a partial class if you choose. Without question, the benefits of yoga can be experienced at all levels, by anyone, at any age, sex or religion. We are truly unique in that we focus on the physical science of Yoga without imposing any spiritual tone. There are just too many benefits in practicing yoga to give anybody a reason not to come!
