This is the type of place I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. Understaffed and the few here act bothered when you ask for anything. Someone is making bank... You pay out the nose and get awful...

How this place has their rating this high is beyond me. The management (DON and administrator) are the rudest, inconsiderate people I have ever met. They do not care about their residents....
