At Car Pool, we believe there are some things that don’t need to change with the times. As the wash industry moves towards more automation and machinery, we have dug in our heels and kept many of our time held traditions: We’re still locally owned and operated. We still apply a lot of products by hand and every wash still comes with a towel dry. We still smile and say “thank you” for your business. We are customer focused. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your wash, there is a human being there whose job it is to correct the issue and get you on the road clean and happy.

Very minimal effort was put into this cleaning. Cleaning staff obviously couldnt care less. Owner needs to hire quality workers if they want repeat customers.
