Specializing in Wild Ponies since 2006! Family friendly nature tours of Chincoteague and Assateague Islands. Our trip combines a sight-seeing and guided tour together. We search for wild ponies, dolphin, bald eagles, sea turtles, sting rays, all manner of wild fowl, and local creatures. Our signature “Around the Island Tour” covers over 25 miles of coastline, in about 2 hours. Local family owned and operated, eight generations of our family have lived on Chincoteague Island since 1780.

We had Captain Doug take us around the island with three other couples and a local woman who apparently helped to spot wildlife. We got off to a good start seeing an osprey and a bald eagle....

From the minute you stepped aboard you knew you were in good hands with Captain Dan. Safety procedures first... then off to explore the island, in search of ponies but also learning the island's...

This is the 2nd year we have taken a tour with Captain Dan! We love that groups are small so we can really enjoy the trip. Being longtime visitors we still enjoy hearing all the Chincoteague lore...

Capt Dan provides an amazing tour. A seventh generation island resident, he is able to provide so much information and history. Such an enjoyable experience
