Blue Ridge Middle School, also known as BRMS, enrolls more than 1,170 students in grades six through eight. Its academic curriculum includes language arts, math, science and social studies. The school also provides special education programs for gifted and talented students. Blue Ridge Middle School operates a parent-teacher organization and student council. In addition, it maintains art, knitting, landscaping, yearbook and scrabble clubs. The school offers the English Language Learners program. Blue Ridge Middle School also conducts field trips. Its extracurricular activities include guitar and chorus. The school additionally has a library and music laboratory. Blue Ridge Middle School is a part of Loudoun County Public Schools.
