Left a basketball game, store says it closes at 10:00 PM. Staff closed the store at 9:45 pm and wouldn't serve us. Owner should be aware staff is turning away business and closing early....

Very dysfunctional kitchen, took 30 minutes to get two sandwiches and hash-browns. Doesn't help that they left out part of the order.

Customer service goes a long way and will take you far is executed correctly. It's beneficial to be kind to people. You never know what others are going through. Being rude and impatient is not...
